Technical obstacles deal with issues relating to the physical components that make up the infraestructure like the computers or the connectionspeed. At the beginning, the hospital provided me a laboratory room with one desktop computer but the free wifi access didn’t work very well. We had a lot of problems so I had to use my laptop with the wifi of my Smartphone. The hospital promised me to fix the connection but it did not happened. The monitor of the computer that I was using was broken and was never repaired. I had to wait one week until they change the room to work and they allowed me to work in onteherthe consulting room with four computers. I needed a key to be able to enter in the computer cabinet but I needed a copy of the key so I do not have to depend on someone else to open the door. But we did not find a locksmith that had that key model, therefore I could not make a copy of the key. For some weeks I depended that the person who had the only key arrived that day at the hospital or was unoccupied to be able to open me.
